I worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 13 years, across both Republican and Democratic administrations, in multiple senior roles. Most recently as Undersecretary for Environment for Governor Charlie Baker, where I was responsible for the day to day management of the state's environmental agencies and was responsible for the environmental review for all large-scale development projects across the Commonwealth. In my private sector career I've worked as a consultant for large infrastructure projects and currently work as a developer for an energy company. I devote time to environmental conservation including as a board member of the Charles River Watershed Association. I've gained a reputation through my career as someone who will roll up my sleeves and get things done, while working to find consensus on difficult issues. I strongly believe in leading with common sense and not forcing unreasonable change. I want to find ways to drive commercial development to ensure our community has the resources it needs while preserving our town's character and not continually forcing growth on the backs of our residents. I'm looking forward to spending the weeks leading up to the election meeting as many residents as possible to understand their priorities for the town moving forward.I've lived in Norfolk for five years and grew up in Norwood. I am a passionate outdoorsman and you can often find me fly fishing in our beautiful Charles River watershed. I love this town and its unique character and have a keen interest in seeing it thrive. I will put my 15 years of private and public sector experience and my reputation as a pragmatic problem solver to work for the residents of Norfolk.
